Getting on the internest was hassle free.

I did not like the bed pillows. I perfer flatter pillows and yours were too small and puffy. I ended up taking the pillow case and putting it over the skinny decorative pillow that was on the bed and that worked better.

Really enjoyed central heating, a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making equipment in the room. The breakfast was substantial and good hot and had a wide array of meals. Every staff member was attentive and incredibly friendly.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was quite clean, well decorated and comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast was substandard. One waffle maker for the all the guests was not well planned. The fruit had gone bad and the selection was minimal. We went to a restaurant to get a decent meal.

Location near plenty restaurants and stores and restaurants and Easton.

My bed. I discovered that my bed had a dried urine soaked mattress that I smelled all night but could not identify until the next morning.

I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. The hotel boasts a clean pool area, yet it could use better towel supply. Conveniently located near shops and dining, I appreciated the spacious rooms. While the breakfast offerings could be improved, I found my short visit quite enjoyable.

Shoes were left from a previous person and in closet. Wonder the cleanliness of the room.

The king room was comfortable with a nice bathroom with good amenities. The staff was accommodating, allowing me to check out a few minutes late without any issues.

The breakfast had limited options and no waffle mix available.

We stayed on the 4th floor, shower had dangerious tempature control. It was either scalding hot or cold, with low water pressure. Water should never be be set so hot that it turns to steam as it comes out. Did inform hotel staff of the issue.

I had a pretty decent stay overall. The pool was a hit, and the breakfast spread was much better than I expected. The bed was surprisingly comfortable too! However, I was slightly disappointed that the hot tub was closed during my visit.

The hotel is strategically located near a shopping mall and that the hotel offers shuttle service to and from the mall. A few of the hotel staff expecially the shuttle drivers are very hospitable and went out of their way to assist you with both services and information. The front desk staff in the evening were very customer service oriented, Made you feel at home.

The location is perfect, with plenty of dining spots for our large family, including our three dogs!

My kids wished there were more pet-friendly areas to enjoy throughout the hotel. A designated space for families with dogs would really enhance the experience.
